Every other Tuesday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

If you would like to combine multiple services,  please contact our office and we will schedule your appointment for you.

If you are a new client, please fill out the New Client Intake Form online. If we haven’t received it within 24 hours prior to your reserved appointment time, you will need to arrive 15 minutes early to fill it out.

Important: All appointments require minimum 24 hour advanced scheduling.
